Cole,

Are you downloading these updates from NOAA's website? The .ptc files are for use with our base charts that come with the Professional Digital Chartkits, which you can purchase at this link: http://www.maptech.com/water/digitalchartkitpro/index.cfm?infopg=buy

The .ptc files cannot be used to update any other charts.
